Turkey Stuffing Balls

2 C mashed potatoes

2 C stuffing
1 C shredded turkey
½ C grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
¼ C bread crumbs
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°
In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, Parmesan cheese, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.

 

 

Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

 

 

 

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve hot with gravy or cranberry sauce
