Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, diced
3 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz penne pasta
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Directions:
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until creamy.
Toss in the cooked penne pasta until well combined.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
