Garlic Feta Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
In a food processor, blend the feta cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano until smooth.
Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if using.
Serve chilled with vegetable sticks, pita chips, or as a spread for sandwiches.
