Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Diced onion
- Diced green bell pepper
- Cooked bacon or ham (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a muffin tin and add diced onion, green pepper, and bacon to each cup.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and bacon.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
Tip: You can store them in the fridge and reheat for a quick breakfast!
