🥦✨ Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower (Low-Carb “Tater Tots” Style!) ✨🥦
Whoever came up with air-fried crispy cauliflower… deserves a medal 🏅 because this is seriously addictive! Golden, crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor. It tastes like little healthy tater tots but way lighter and low-carb. I’m completely obsessed 🤤
Perfect as a snack, side dish, or even party appetizer!
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs if not low-carb)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil spray
🔥 Optional dipping sauce:
- Greek yogurt + garlic + lemon juice
or - Spicy mayo
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Steam or microwave cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs.
- In another bowl, mix Parmesan, almond flour, and all seasonings.
- Dip cauliflower florets into egg, then coat well in the dry mixture.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip!
💡 Tips:
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer or they won’t crisp properly
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick 🌶️
- Extra Parmesan = extra crunch 😍
