🥦✨ Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower (Low-Carb “Tater Tots” Style!) ✨🥦

Whoever came up with air-fried crispy cauliflower… deserves a medal 🏅 because this is seriously addictive! Golden, crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor. It tastes like little healthy tater tots but way lighter and low-carb. I’m completely obsessed 🤤

Perfect as a snack, side dish, or even party appetizer!

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs if not low-carb)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil spray

🔥 Optional dipping sauce:

  • Greek yogurt + garlic + lemon juice
    or
  • Spicy mayo

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Steam or microwave cauliflower for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs.
  4. In another bowl, mix Parmesan, almond flour, and all seasonings.
  5. Dip cauliflower florets into egg, then coat well in the dry mixture.
  6. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with oil.
  7. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dip!

💡 Tips:

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer or they won’t crisp properly
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick 🌶️
  • Extra Parmesan = extra crunch 😍
