🥚 Low-Carb Cloud Bread (Flourless)

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray.
  2. Separate eggs
    • Whites in one bowl
    • Yolks in another
  3. Whip egg whites
    Add salt + baking powder and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix yolks
    Blend yolks with cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine gently
    Fold the yolk mixture into the whites slowly (don’t deflate).
  6. Shape
    Spoon into small rounds on the tray.
  7. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.

  • Light, fluffy, bread-like
  • Very low in carbs
