Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Adjust with a little water if needed.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Whisk everything together until well combined.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Shake or whisk until emulsified.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix well until creamy and fresh.

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
Whisk or shake in a jar until combined.
