Crispy Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

8 egg roll wrappers
1 cup cherry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking spray
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly. Use a bit of water to seal the edges.
Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through cooking.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
