– 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celery soup
– 1/2 cup milk

– 1/4 cup ranch dressing mix
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 2 pounds frozen tater tots
