BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
8 oz rotini pasta
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
