Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
• 2 ripe avocados, diced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: mixed greens or lettuce for serving

Directions:
1. Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Assemble the Salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss to combine, making sure everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
