Irresistible Marry Me Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Combine and Bake:

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling and thickened.
Serve:
