Ingredients:

4 white fish fillets (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup flour, for dusting
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 lemon, juiced and zested
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Directions:

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then dust lightly with flour.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and one tablespoon of butter. Add the fish and cook for about 4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, garlic, and shallot. Sauté until fragrant and soft.
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the fish to the pan and spoon the sauce over. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and dill before serving.
