Baked 29 loaves of Banana Nut Bread tonigh

Here’s the recipe for everyone that asked!

Banana Nut Bread:
7 cups White Lily All Purpose Flour
8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup shortening
2 2/3 cup sugar
8 eggs
4 cups peeled and pureed over ripe bananas
3 cups chopped walnuts

Blend all dry ingredients
Mix shortening with sugar, and then add eggs. Mix until fluffy.
Alternating…mix dry ingredients and bananas into egg mixture. Doesn’t matter which you start or end with.
Add walnuts and mix well.
Grease 8 or 9 mini loaf pans, or 4 regular loaf pans.
Fill the pans 3/4 of the way.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes for mini pans, or 1 hour for regular pans.
