I eat this cabbage salad for dinner every day and lose belly fat fast! Cucumber recipes
1/3 cabbage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 cucumbers
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/3 red cabbage
1 carrot
20g walnuts
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Love your recipes and need healthy stuff but also gluttonous recipes as well I’m not some health food nut however I’m getting older and don’t know good healthy recipe options I used to cook professionally no where near your caliber but I can still remember a few things but healthy cooking I have zero experience I’m torn between all the stuff that is bad for you but taste amazing to now the impending doom of having to get healthy to stay around for my grandchildren and future grandchildren and of course naturally for my own children and remaining family and if I can get healthy for myself as well in the process well I guess that’s ok too lol
