Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley or dill
1 small garlic clove, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp onion powderSalt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
Blend the baseAdd cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
