Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk (any kind), if needed
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Optional Additions
Shredded coconut
Chopped nuts
Dried cranberries or raisins
Cinnamon
Espresso powder for a mocha flavor
Instructions
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cacao powder, and chia seeds.
Add Wet Ingredients
Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms.
Adjust Texture
If the mixture feels too dry, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it holds together easily.
Add Extras
Fold in chocolate chips or any optional add-ins.
Roll into Balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
Chill
Place on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
