Crispy Cheesy Chicken Fritters
π Ingredients
For the fritters:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
(or 350β400g raw chicken, diced very small) - 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise or yogurt
- 3β4 tbsp flour or cornstarch
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For frying:
- Oil (vegetable, sunflower, or canola)
π₯ Instructions
1. Prepare the Mixture
In a bowl, mix:
- Chopped chicken
- Shredded cheese
- Eggs
- Mayo/yogurt
- Flour or cornstarch
- Dill/parsley
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Salt & pepper
Stir well.
The mixture should be thick enough to hold shape.
If too runny β add 1β2 tbsp more flour.
2. Heat Oil
Add oil to a pan (enough to shallow-fry).
Heat over medium.
3. Cook the Fritters
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.
- Lightly flatten with the spoon.
- Fry 3β4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.

- Garlic mayo
- Ranch dip
- Spicy sauce
- Yogurt + dill sauce
