Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 cup (240 ml) sugar-free pizza sauce

½ cup pepperoni slices

½ cup cooked Italian sausage or ground beef, browned

¼ cup sliced mushrooms

¼ cup sliced green bell pepper

2 tbsp sliced black olives

2 tbsp diced red onion

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ tsp garlic powder

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly grease two oven-safe bowls or ramekins.

Spread a few spoonfuls of pizza sauce into the bottom of each bowl.

Add half of the mozzarella cheese.

Layer the pepperoni, cooked sausage, mushrooms, peppers, olives, and onion.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Top with the remaining pizza sauce and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Add a few extra pepperoni slices on top if desired.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.

For a browned top, broil for 1–2 minutes (watch carefully).

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
