1 cup warm water (not boiling)
1 tsp ground or fresh grated turmeric
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1โ2 tsp raw honey (to taste) honey

Heat the water until warm (avoid boiling so you preserve nutrients in honey and lemon).
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon into a cup or mug.
Pour the warm water over the spices and stir well.
Let it sit for 3โ5 minutes to infuse.
Add lemon juice and raw honey.
Stir again and drink warm.
