For the Burgers

- Salt & pepper
- 8 sesame seed buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Pickles
- Diced onions

- In a bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, mustard, diced pickles, and onions until creamy. Chill in the fridge while cooking the burgers.
- Divide ground beef into 8 thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2β3 minutes per side until nicely browned. Add cheese to 4 patties and let melt.
- Toast sesame buns lightly in a pan or oven for extra flavor.
