Shrimp with garlic butter in an air fryer

Things you need

250–300g of shrimp that have been peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tsp of garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)
½ tsp of paprika
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Optional: chopped parsley and chili flakes

How to Do It

Dry the shrimp.
Mix together the melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Put the shrimp in the mixture and toss them around until they are well coated.
Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) before you start cooking.
Put the shrimp in one layer.
For 6 to 8 minutes, shake the air fryer halfway through.
Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and a little golden.

Don’t overcook the shrimp; they cook quickly and can get rubbery.
