Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices provolone cheese, chopped
4 hamburger buns, toasted
Directions:
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the Vegetables: Stir in the diced onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
Add the Cheese: Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped provolone cheese until melted and well combined with the beef mix
