Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2–3 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional topping:
1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven (for baked version)
Set to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
Mix the base
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mix until creamy.
Add flavor
Stir in chopped jalapeños, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add cheese
Mix in cheddar and mozzarella.
Transfer to dish
Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Add topping (optional)
Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Serve
Let cool slightly and serve warm.
No-Bake Version
Skip baking and chill for 1–2 hours before serving.
Texture will be thicker and spreadable.

Add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor

Adjust spice by keeping or removing seeds
