Ingredients for Cloud Cake
4 large eggs
1 cup (200g) sugar
½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (240ml) milk
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
1 pinch of salt
Powdered sugar (for topping, optional)
How to Make Cloud Cake
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan with butter or oil and lightly dust with flour.
- Add to the blender:
Eggs, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Blend for 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy. - Add dry ingredients:
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend again just until well combined. Do not overmix. - Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cake for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
