๐ 6 Pasta Sauces
๐ง 1. Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
200 ml heavy cream
50 g butter
80 g grated parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves (6 g)
Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in cream and simmer 3โ4 minutes.
Add parmesan and stir until thick.
Season to taste.
๐ 2. Tomato Basil Sauce
Ingredients:
400 g crushed tomatoes
30 ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves (6 g)
10 g fresh basil
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Sautรฉ garlic in olive oil.
Add tomatoes and cook 10โ15 minutes.
Stir in fresh basil at the end.
Season to taste.
๐ฟ 3. Pesto Sauce
Ingredients:
30 g fresh basil
30 g parmesan cheese
20 g walnuts or pine nuts
1 garlic clove (3 g)
80 ml olive oil
Salt
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Adjust texture with more oil if needed.
๐ฅฉ 4. Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients:
300 g ground beef
400 g crushed tomatoes
50 g onion
30 ml oil
2 garlic cloves (6 g)
Salt, pepper & oregano
Instructions:
Sautรฉ onion and garlic in oil.
Add beef and cook until browned.
Stir in tomatoes and seasonings.
Simmer 15โ20 minutes until thick.
๐งก 5. Pink Sauce (Rose Sauce)
Ingredients:
200 ml heavy cream
200 g tomato sauce
30 g butter
40 g parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter in a pan.
Add tomato sauce and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in cream until combined.
Add parmesan and cook until creamy.
๐ง 6. Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
100 g butter
3 garlic cloves (9 g)
10 g fresh parsley
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter on low heat.
Add garlic and cook gently (do not burn).
Stir in parsley and season.

โ Let sauces cool completely
โ Store in ziplock bags (portion size)
โ Lay flat before freezing
โ Keeps fresh for up to 2 months
