3-Ingredient Cherry Cheesecake Bars recipe
Ingredients (only 3!)
1 can (21 oz / ~600 g) cherry pie filling
1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 tube (8 oz / 225 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
Preheat oven
Set your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking dish (about 20×20 cm / 8×8 inch).
Make the base
Unroll the crescent dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the dish. Seal any seams.
Add cream cheese layer
Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the dough.
Top with cherries
Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and spread gently.
Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and bubbly.
Cool & chill
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before slicing into bars.
Tips
For extra sweetness, mix 2–3 tbsp sugar into the cream cheese (optional).
You can swap cherry filling with blueberry or strawberry.
Best served chilled for clean slices and a cheesecake-like texture.
