🧾 Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Filling

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup strawberry jam or pie filling

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the dough

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add milk, butter, and egg.
  3. Knead 5–7 minutes until soft.
  4. Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.

2. Fill & roll

  1. Roll dough into a rectangle.
  2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly.
  4. Spoon strawberry jam over top.
  5. Roll tightly into a log.

3. Slice & rise

  • Cut into 12 rolls
  • Place in greased 9×13 pan
  • Cover and rise 30 minutes

4. Bake

  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden

5. Glaze

  • Whisk glaze ingredients
  • Drizzle over warm rolls
