Creamy Pineapple Dessert (No Gelatin, 4 Ingredients)

- 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows

- In a large bowl, mix crushed pineapple (with juice) and dry pudding mix.
Stir 1โ2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Refrigerate 30โ60 minutes before serving for best texture.
