Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional dip: vanilla glaze or cream cheese icing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a pan.
- Cut biscuits into quarters (or bite-size pieces).
- Mix sugar & cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip dough pieces in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Arrange on baking sheet with space between pieces.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Optional Vanilla Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
Whisk and drizzle over warm bites.
Variations
- Air Fryer: 350°F for 7–9 minutes
- Sticky Version: Bake in a muffin tin with a little brown sugar & butter
- Apple Pie Style: Add tiny apple pieces + pinch of nutmeg
- Donut Bites: Toss in sugar after baking for extra softness

- Reheat in microwave 10–15 seconds
