Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional dip: vanilla glaze or cream cheese icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a pan.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters (or bite-size pieces).
  3. Mix sugar & cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Dip dough pieces in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  5. Arrange on baking sheet with space between pieces.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Optional Vanilla Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Whisk and drizzle over warm bites.


Variations

  • Air Fryer: 350°F for 7–9 minutes
  • Sticky Version: Bake in a muffin tin with a little brown sugar & butter
  • Apple Pie Style: Add tiny apple pieces + pinch of nutmeg
  • Donut Bites: Toss in sugar after baking for extra softness

Storage

  • Best eaten fresh
  • Reheat in microwave 10–15 seconds
