Coconut Rum Bucket
Ingredients (1 large bucket / pitcher)
- 1 cup coconut rum (Malibu works great)
- ½ cup white rum
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup cream of coconut (NOT coconut milk)
- ½ cup sweet & sour mix (or lemonade)
- Ice (lots!)
- Splash of grenadine (optional, for color)
Instructions
- Fill a large bucket or pitcher halfway with ice.
- Pour in coconut rum and white rum.
- Add pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut, and sweet & sour.
- Stir well until creamy and cold.
- Add a splash of grenadine if desired.
- Garnish and serve with straws.
