Coconut Rum Bucket

Ingredients (1 large bucket / pitcher)

  • 1 cup coconut rum (Malibu works great)
  • ½ cup white rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup cream of coconut (NOT coconut milk)
  • ½ cup sweet & sour mix (or lemonade)
  • Ice (lots!)
  • Splash of grenadine (optional, for color)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large bucket or pitcher halfway with ice.
  2. Pour in coconut rum and white rum.
  3. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut, and sweet & sour.
  4. Stir well until creamy and cold.
  5. Add a splash of grenadine if desired.
  6. Garnish and serve with straws.
