Peanut Butter Fudge (No-Fail Stove-Top Recipe)
This is the classic creamy peanut butter fudge made with peanut butter, butter, sugar, and marshmallow fluff.

- 2 cups sugar
- Β½ cup whole milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff (about 3.5β4 oz)
π DOUBLE BATCH (x2)
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups marshmallow fluff

π Multiply each single-batch ingredient by 6:
- 12 cups sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 6 cups peanut butter
- 6 tsp vanilla (or 2 tbsp)
- 6 cups marshmallow fluff

- In a heavy pot, bring sugar + milk to a boil.
- Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Immediately stir in
- peanut butter
- marshmallow fluff
- vanilla
- Mix fast until completely smooth.
- Pour into a parchment-lined pan and let cool to set.
For large quantities, you may need 2 pots or to work in 2β3 rounds so it doesnβt overflow.
