Crispy Cheesy Chicken Fritters

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

For the fritters:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
    (or 350โ€“400g raw chicken, diced very small)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or yogurt
  • 3โ€“4 tbsp flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ยฝ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For frying:

  • Oil (vegetable, sunflower, or canola)

1. Prepare the Mixture

In a bowl, mix:

  • Chopped chicken
  • Shredded cheese
  • Eggs
  • Mayo/yogurt
  • Flour or cornstarch
  • Dill/parsley
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper

Stir well.
The mixture should be thick enough to hold shape.
If too runny โ†’ add 1โ€“2 tbsp more flour.


2. Heat Oil

Add oil to a pan (enough to shallow-fry).
Heat over medium.


3. Cook the Fritters

  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.
  • Lightly flatten with the spoon.
  • Fry 3โ€“4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
  • Drain on paper towels.

  • Garlic mayo
  • Ranch dip
