Blueberry Greek Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

.½ cup plain Greek yogurt

.½ cup fresh blueberries

.1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

.½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1Wash and dry the blueberries.

2.In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the honey and vanilla extract until smooth.

3.Lightly mash about half of the blueberries and fold them into the yogurt. Leave the remaining blueberries whole for texture.

4.Spoon the mixture into small silicone candy molds or onto a parchment-lined baking tray in bite-sized dollops.

5.Swirl gently with a toothpick for the marbled look.

6.Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.

7.Remove from the molds and enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Tips

.Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.

.Add a little lemon zest for a fresh citrus flavor.

.You can substitute blueberries with raspberries, strawberries, or mixed berries.
