Lemon & Cucumber Detox Water

Ingredients

1 large lemon, thinly sliced

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

8–10 cups (2 liters) cold water

8–10 fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

1Wash the lemon and cucumber thoroughly.

2Slice them into thin rounds.
