Ingredients

2–3 lbs pork baby back ribs or St. Louis-style ribs

1 cup barbecue sauce

1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons apple cidervinegar

Instructions

Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs if it’s still attached. Cut the rack into sections that will fit in your slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, onion soup mix, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.Arrange the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, turning to coat well.

Cover and cook:

Low: 7–8 hours (recommended)
