Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
1 pound ground sausage (mild or spicy)
1 can (10 oz) ROTEL diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, drained ROTEL, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and baking mix. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
