Christmas Cool Whip Crinkle Cookies
🎅 Ingredients (4 Ingredients!)
- 1 box cake mix
Choose any holiday flavor:- Red Velvet (classic Christmas!)
- Vanilla or White (for green “Grinch” cookies)
- Chocolate
- Strawberry (pink Christmas cookies!)
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Mix the dough
In a large bowl, combine:
- Cake mix
- Cool Whip
- Egg
Stir until fully blended.
The dough will be sticky — that’s correct!
2. Chill the dough
Refrigerate 20–30 minutes so you can roll it easily.
3. Roll into balls
Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into small balls.
4. Coat in powdered sugar
Roll each dough ball generously in powdered sugar.
(Thick coating = better crinkles!)
5. Bake
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
They should look slightly soft in the middle when you remove them — they set as they cool.
6. Cool
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

❤️ Red Velvet Cool Whip Crinkles
Use red velvet cake mix + roll in powdered sugar + add white chocolate chips.
💚 Green Grinch Cool Whip Crinkles
Use vanilla cake mix + green food coloring + top with a red candy heart.
🤍 Snowy Vanilla Crinkles
Vanilla cake mix + add ½ cup coconut flakes into the dough.
🍫 Chocolate Peppermint Crinkles
Chocolate cake mix + ½ tsp peppermint extract + crushed candy cane after baking.
