A cloud-like mixture of Cool Whip, crushed pineapple, vanilla pudding, and marshmallows.
SO simple and always a hit! 🍍🍨✨

🧁 Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (just the dry mix)
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional but great)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix pineapple + pudding

In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple with its juice and the dry vanilla pudding mix.
Let sit 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.

2. Add Cool Whip

Fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.

3. Add mix-ins

Fold in:

  • mini marshmallows
  • coconut (optional)
  • nuts (optional)

4. Chill

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
(Helps it set and enhances the flavor!)
