    • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 ½ cups (250 g) milk chocolate chips

  1. Beat cream cheese + butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add peanut butter and mix until combined.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt — beat until fluffy.

  5. Spread mixture into a shallow serving dish (as shown).

2. Make the chocolate layer

  1. Melt chocolate chips + peanut butter in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add 1–2 tbsp cream if you prefer a softer, pudding-like chocolate layer.
  3. Pour or spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter base.

3. Chill

Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to let the chocolate set slightly, but stay soft enough to scoop.

🍪 Serve with

  • Pretzels
  • Graham crackers
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Ritz crackers
  • Strawberries

(Sweet + salty is AMAZING.)

⭐ Tips

  • Use creamy shelf-stable peanut butter — natural/runny kinds won’t work as well.
  • For a real Reese’s flavor, don’t skip the peanut butter mixed into the chocolate.
  • Want a thicker top layer? Use more chocolate.
  • Want it softer? Add more cream.
