Coconut Cream Chocolate Balls
📝 Ingredients
For the chocolate base:
- 1 cup crushed biscuits (Petit Beurre / Marie / Graham crackers)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp melted butter
- 2–3 tbsp milk (just enough to form a dough)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness)
For the coconut cream top:
- 1 cup grated coconut (fresh or desiccated)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp soft butter or cream cheese
- ½ tsp vanilla
For rolling:
- Extra shredded coconut
🔥 Instructions
1. Make the Chocolate Base
- In a bowl, mix:
- Crushed biscuits
- Cocoa powder
- Melted butter
- Milk
- Mix until you get a soft dough that holds its shape.
- Roll into small balls and place on a tray.
2. Make the Coconut Cream
- Mix the coconut, condensed milk, butter (or cream cheese), and vanilla.
- It should be thick, creamy, and scoopable.
- Chill for 10 minutes if too soft.
3. Assemble
- Take a chocolate ball and flatten the top slightly.
- Add a small spoonful of coconut cream on top.
- Gently press the coconut cream to shape a dome.
- Roll or sprinkle with shredded coconut.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes to firm up.
