Baked Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
⭐ Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Balls
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the Chocolate Coating
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother chocolate)
🥣 Instructions
1. Make the Peanut Butter Dough
- In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter + softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, mix until combined.
- Add graham crumbs, vanilla, and salt, then mix until dough forms.
- Chill dough for 20 minutes (makes rolling easier).
2. Shape and Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- They will look soft—this is normal.
- Let them cool completely before dipping.
3. Coat in Chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips (and coconut oil if using) in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each baked ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place on parchment to set.
- For faster setting: refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
