No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

🧾 Ingredients
For the Balls
- 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (125 g) creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar (add more if you want them sweeter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt (optional but enhances flavor)
For Coating (Choose One or Mix)
- Crushed graham crackers
- Crushed Oreos
- Melted chocolate for dipping
- Cocoa powder
- Chopped peanuts
- Shredded coconut
🍪 Instructions
1. Make the Cheesecake Mixture
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese + peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Chill mixture for 10–15 minutes (optional but makes shaping easier).
2. Shape the Balls
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray.
3. Coat Them
Roll each ball in your choice of coating:
- Graham crumbs
- Oreo crumbs
- Cocoa powder
- Crushed peanuts
Or dip in melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
4. Chill
- Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Keep stored in the fridge.

- For a sweeter version, add an extra 2–3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
- For a firmer texture, add a few tablespoons of crushed cookies or oats.
- For a healthier version, use natural peanut butter and skip the sugar coating.
