Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites (Super Crispy!)

🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or any neutral oil)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- (Optional) ½ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne for spice
- (Optional) 1–2 tablespoons BBQ sauce or honey for glazing at the end
🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Pork Belly
- Pat pork belly cubes very dry with paper towels (important for crispiness).
- Place in a bowl and toss with:
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- paprika
- onion powder
- (and optional chili powder)
2. Preheat Air Fryer
- Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
3. Cook the Pork Belly
- Place pork belly cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking or turning halfway.
- Increase time to 25–30 minutes if you want them extra crispy.
4. Optional Glaze
If you want sticky sweet/spicy bites:
- Toss cooked pork belly in BBQ sauce, honey, or sweet chili sauce,
- Then air fry 2–3 more minutes to caramelize.
5. Serve
