🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or any neutral oil)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • (Optional) ½ teaspoon chili powder or cayenne for spice
  • (Optional) 1–2 tablespoons BBQ sauce or honey for glazing at the end

🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Pork Belly

  1. Pat pork belly cubes very dry with paper towels (important for crispiness).
  2. Place in a bowl and toss with:
    • oil
    • salt
    • pepper
    • garlic powder
    • paprika
    • onion powder
    • (and optional chili powder)

2. Preheat Air Fryer

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

3. Cook the Pork Belly

  1. Place pork belly cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking or turning halfway.
  3. Increase time to 25–30 minutes if you want them extra crispy.

4. Optional Glaze

If you want sticky sweet/spicy bites:

  • Toss cooked pork belly in BBQ sauce, honey, or sweet chili sauce,
  • Then air fry 2–3 more minutes to caramelize.

5. Serve

Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce:

  • Spicy mayo
