🛒 Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes
2 cups natural yogurt (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon honey or natural sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pack Maria (tea) biscuits
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
¼ cup water (to bloom gelatin)

  1. Prepare the gelatin:
    In a small bowl, add gelatin to ¼ cup water.
    Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom.
    Gently heat (microwave or stovetop) until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
  2. Prepare the mango mixture:
    Peel and cut mangoes into chunks.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Make the filling:
    In a large bowl, mix:
    Mango puree
    Yogurt
    Honey
    Vanilla
    Stir until smooth and well combined.
    Slowly pour in the dissolved gelatin while mixing continuously.
  4. Assemble:
    Lightly dip biscuits quickly in milk or juice (optional, for softness).
    Line the bottom and sides of a mold or dish with the biscuits.
    Pour the mango mixture over the biscuits.
    Smooth the top.
  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
  6. Serve:
    Slice and enjoy chilled!
    Optional: decorate with mango slices or crushed biscuits on top.
