🧾 Ingredients:
1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Juice of 1 lemon
3–4 tbsp honey (raw if possible)

  1. Prepare ingredients
    Finely chop or grate the onion
    Mince garlic and grate ginger
  2. Mix
    In a clean jar or bowl, combine:
    Onion
    Garlic
    Ginger
    Lemon juice
    Add honey and mix well
  3. Rest (important step)
    Cover and let sit for 4–6 hours (or overnight)
    The mixture will release a natural syrup
  4. Strain (optional)
    Strain to get a smoother liquid, or keep as is

    Take 1 tablespoon, 2–3 times daily
    Best taken slowly or mixed into warm (not hot) water or tea
