2 cups (340 g) chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
2 cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
½ cup chopped nuts (optional – almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
🥣 Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate
    In a microwave or double boiler:
    Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil
    Stir until smooth and glossy
  2. Mix
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
    Add crispy rice cereal (and nuts if using).
    Gently mix until everything is well coated.
  3. Shape
    Line a square pan (8×8 inch / 20×20 cm) with parchment paper
    Press the mixture evenly into the pan
  4. Chill
    Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  5. Cut & Serve
    Lift out and cut into bars or squares.
