No-Bake Homemade Crunch Bars Ingredients
2 cups (340 g) chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
2 cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
½ cup chopped nuts (optional – almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave or double boiler:
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil
Stir until smooth and glossy - Mix
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Add crispy rice cereal (and nuts if using).
Gently mix until everything is well coated. - Shape
Line a square pan (8×8 inch / 20×20 cm) with parchment paper
Press the mixture evenly into the pan - Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. - Cut & Serve
