Strawberry Cream Cheese Bars with Chocolate Ganache
A dreamy layered dessert with a buttery graham crust, creamy strawberry cheesecake filling, and a rich chocolate ganache topping—perfectly sweet, tangy, and indulgent! Ingredients (Makes 9–12 bars)
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (115 g) melted butter
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar Cream Cheese Filling:
450 g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup strawberry puree (blend fresh strawberries)
1 tbsp all-purpose flour Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup (170 g) semi-sweet chocolate (chopped or chips)
1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
Press firmly into a lined 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) baking pan
Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool - Make the Filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Add sugar and mix well
Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently
Stir in vanilla, strawberry puree, and flour
Mix until smooth and creamy - Bake
Pour filling over cooled crust
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 30–35 minutes
Center should be slightly set but still soft
Cool completely, then chill for at least 2–3 hours - Make Chocolate Ganache
Heat cream until hot (not boiling)
Pour over chocolate
Let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth - Assemble
Pour ganache over chilled bars
Spread evenly
Refrigerate another 1 hour until set - Slice & Serve
Cut into bars
