Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
All the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger—beef, bacon, cheese, and a tangy glaze—baked into one hearty, comforting meatloaf! Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) ground beef
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper Glaze:
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard Instructions
- Prep
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment - Mix the Meatloaf
In a large bowl, combine:
ground beef
crumbled bacon
cheese
breadcrumbs
onion & garlic
eggs
milk
ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire
salt & pepper
Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix) - Shape
Transfer mixture into loaf pan
Shape into a loaf - Add Glaze
Mix glaze ingredients
Spread evenly over the top - Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes
Internal temperature should reach 70°C (160°F) - Rest & Serve
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
