Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Kielbasa Bites
Ingredients:
2 lbs (900g) kielbasa sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
½ cup honey
½ cup Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, adds depth)
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions:

  1. Prep
    Slice the kielbasa into rounds or half-moons.
  2. Make the sauce
    In a bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. Combine
    Add kielbasa to the slow cooker and pour sauce over it.
    Stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cook
    Low: 3–4 hours
    High: 1.5–2 hours
    Stir occasionally if possible.
  5. Serve
    Serve warm straight from the slow cooker with toothpicks—perfect for snacking or parties.
